The Ministry for Diaspora, as the proposer, hosts a public discussion on draft Law on Diaspora.
In the making of the Law, which substantially changes the legal ground for the Diaspora-homeland relations, a normative base will be provided to serve as a ground for a long-term policy towards Diaspora. The Law permanently regulates the policy towards Diaspora, which cannot depend on daily political circumstances or party structures of the Government. In order for the first Law on Diaspora to be adopted, we are determined to set up a partnership between Diaspora and homeland. In this business we are not alone; we have the full support of the Government.
