Minister Srđan Srećković and Assistant Minister Vukman Krivokuća met with Mića Ćetković president of the Association of Serbian clubs from Germany, on 2 April 2009.

Ćetković informed the minister about the final night of the Competition of Serbian folklore which will take place in Heidelberg on 25 April 2009. During the final night, 20 clubs will take part in the competitive segment while 3 clubs will dance in the gala segment of the evening. The organizer of this competition is the Association of Serbian Clubs from Germany, and the host is “Sloga” from Manheim. Ten best placed clubs will automatically qualify for participation in the European folklore festival in Timisoara.

The competition of Serbian Culture clubs in Germany will be realized with the financial help of the Ministry for Diaspora, and on behalf of the Ministry, Assistant Minister Vukman Krivokuća will ceremonially open the final night.
